1. How many brands do you sell on your website?

We try to build an online marketplace for eco-conscious consumers, just like you, to offer more sustainable options. We are actively talking to many sustainable brands for future collaboration. Please stay tuned

2. Would you sell clothes from any brand?

No, We meticulously choose sustainable brands that practice upcycling, giving to unwanted clothes a new and unique design, and those that consciously create clothing using only deadstock fabrics.

3. Is it possible to return the products?

From the moment you receive your order, you have 7 days to request the return either through the website or email. After your return request gets approved, you have 7 days to send the package back to us.

*Note: The item may have been used once purely and solely to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. If you use the item more extensively or frequently, you may be charged for depreciation. You are liable for this.

4.I have a question about the product but I cannot find the answer anywhere on the website. What can I do?

If you cant find the information you are looking for, please do not hesitate to reach out to us through the contact section or via email. We will get back to you within 48 hours. 

5. I love your clothes but they are bit expensive to me. What can I do?
